Body/Soul Alignment uses a variety of methods to communicate with the body to find out what may be blocking optimal health and vitality on an emotional and/or physical level.  Together with Intuition, Body Dialogue and Crystal Healing, Sandy uses Bioenergy Balancing, a powerful healing technique that restores balance and wholeness to the body, mind and spirit.

Body/Soul Alignment works with the energy field surrounding the body to release unresolved emotions that may be blocking the flow of bioenergy, or chi, through the energy centers and energy pathways of the body (the chakras and meridians).

This blockage of bioenergy may result in physical symptoms such as muscle tension, aches and pains, allergies, or problems with digestion or assimilation of nutrients.  Emotional symptoms such as anger, fear, or sadness may cause stress, prevent us from having clear boundaries in relationships, or keep us from manifesting our full potential.

Body/Soul Alignment provides a means for communicating with the body-consciousness to find out what it needs to heal from past or present trauma and restore a sense of peacefulness and calm to the body.  Clearing the energy field of unresolved emotions allows us to be more present in the moment so that we can make clear decisions and choices.

Crystals, called Etheric Weavers, are also used to restore balance to the chakras, which allows the body to integrate the shifts that occur when the meridians are cleared of outdated emotions.
