A TYPICAL SESSION:
After filling out a short intake form, Sandy will
discuss your health priorities and other concerns.
When it's time to work with your body and clear your
energy field, you slip off your shoes and lie down, fully clothed, on a
massage table. Gentle questioning regarding the issues concerning
you allows you to access the insight, intelligence and wisdom of your
body-consciousness. After determining which meridians are holding
the emotional charge about the incident in question, Sandy will trace
the appropriate meridians using light acupressure. This process
clears the energy blockage and is generally experienced as a subtle
sensation of release, or sometimes tingling.
 Our
bodies are brilliant chemists. You may want to bring supplements and
medications to your first session so that we can test them on the body
to determine if they are being absorbed and assimilated correctly.

LENGTH OF SESSIONS:
The initial Body/Soul Alignment session is one and a
half hours, except for small children who generally need only one hour.
This session includes a discussion of your health background and what
you would like to work on, which could include physical symptoms (aches
and pains), emotional problems (fear, anxiety, anger, sadness, etc.) or
patterns in your life that keep repeating themselves (such as similar
dysfunctional relationships, etc.).
Depending upon the complexity of the issues you would
like to address, additional appointments may be required.
Follow-up sessions for adults are usually one hour, but can be longer if
more time is required. Two to three weeks between sessions is
usually recommended, however, you may choose to come more often.
TELEPHONE SESSIONS:
Telephone sessions are also available. Since
Sandy is working with energy (which is not limited to time and space),
she can work on an individual’s energy on a remote basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Notice of a cancellation must be received 24 hours in
